The PROJECT ASSESSMENT GUIDE produced by EOS in 2007 provides methodological guidelines to facilitate implementation of the different stages in the FGEF project cycle.
These guidelines are consistent with those recommended by the OECD Development Assistance Committee, with the principles of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and with the principles of the French Assessment Society Charter. They are also consistent with the recommendations issued by the assessment offices and departments of the FGEF member institutions (MAE, MINEFI, AFD).
This assessment guide includes various annexes that essentially comprise standard documents along with comments to assist drafting. These standard documents correspond to the different stages in the FGEF project cycle.
