The French Biodiversity Agency (OFB) has just published the latest issue of its “Espaces Naturels” (“Natural Areas”) journal. In the editorial, FFEM Secretary-General Stéphanie Bouziges-Eschmann invites all biodiversity players to share their solutions. In the face of converging, cross-border challenges, setting up a network of players and sharing knowledge are both key to combating biodiversity erosion effectively.
Several FFEM projects are also mentioned in the “Biodiversity: beyond borders” report:
- The “Protecting biodiversity and ecosystems in Mexico” project, supported by the FFEM and AFD, on page 31
- the “Conservation in northern Kenya” project, supported by the FFEM and AFD, on page 36
- the 2018 assessment of projects supporting protected areas and funded by the AFD and FFEM is mentioned in the article “How to protect ecosystems through cooperation and learning” on page 35
