Evaluation overview of the Agroecology and Safe Food System Transitions (ASSET) Project

Agricultural systems in Southeast Asia face growing environmental and health challenges. Supported by the FFEM, the ASSET project promotes the transition to agroecology and sustainable food systems by enhancing biodiversity, soil health, and food safety. Its evaluation highlights significant progress in networking, innovation, and policy support, while identifying key levers to scale up impact. Through research, capacity building, and multi-stakeholder engagement, ASSET fosters knowledge-sharing and innovation at local and regional levels, contributing to more resilient agricultural landscapes and long-term sustainability in the region.
