The FFEM Hosted a Roundtable on Carbon Finance as Part of Its “Innovate – Experiment – Share” Series
Carbon finance represents a valuable opportunity in the global fight against climate change and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In this context, the FFEM plays a key role by supporting project developers who mobilize carbon finance and by backing innovative initiatives. Since the early 2000s, the FFEM has contributed to the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol by supporting several projects under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) as well as initiatives related to Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD and REDD+).
