Small-Scale Initiatives – a dedicated programme

With the Small-Scale Initiatives (SSI) programme, the FFEM has created a financial tool dedicated to building capacities among the civil societies of French-speaking Africa to conduct practical projects addressing biodiversity conservation and climate change. From 205 to 2008, 55 French-speaking NGOs received support from the FFEMunder the SSI, for which the French IUCN Committee conducts technical monitoring.
