Strategic Programming Framework 2015-2018

The strategic programming framework (SPF) is a strategic planning instrument for FFEM activities that facilitates implementation of the missions assigned to it and activity monitoring by the members of the Steering Committee. It sets out the steering committee's guidelines in terms of principles, priority topic areas, geographical zones and partners, organisational procedures, criteria, and methods or technologies to be encouraged.
