By the end of 2021, the FFEM had achieved record-level financial commitments of €30m across 16 projects.
The FFEM entered the final year of its 2019-2022 strategic cycle having committed €62.5m – approximately 61% of its projected resources for this four-year period. Although the health crisis continues to delay feasibility studies, the remaining resources are expected to be committed in 2022.
There remain many projects submitted to the FFEM and identified for funding, meaning no loss of momentum when we enter the next strategic four-year cycle.
